Typically, the package is sent back to the return address. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In the event that the package does come back to us then we'll contact you for an updated address. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
Yes, we do offer international shipping! The most affordable option is to use International shipping options WITHOUT tracking, but please be aware that the package will have no international tracking which means it does not get scanned in each warehouse and location it arrives at. Opting for shipping without tracking can make it more prone to being lost in transit.
If your package(s) ever do get lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and either issue a refund or replace your item(s).

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
We do our very best to ensure your products are properly sealed and packed to avoid any damage in transit, but we understand sometimes there can be some delivery damage that is out of our control. All we ask is for photo verification of the damage so we can submit feedback to our fulfillment facility and/or the postal carrier to avoid damaged products in the future, and we will gladly replace your damaged item(s) at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the product’s delivery confirmation. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at your address. We advise that you reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch”. What if my package isn’t delivered but tracking says it did? If you product is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint and resend it once the estimated delivery time has expired at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information and/or delivery image provided by the postal service says it’s been delivered—unfortunately, we will not be able to reissue new products without a new order.
Is my personal information secure? Yes. Man Made Athlete does not receive any credit card information at any point during your purchase with us. Instead we handle transactions through secure third parties like PayPal and Swipe that use SSL technology to keep your information safe.
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.The smell and any potential residue will be removed during the first wash.
In order for you to prolong the life of your apparel, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
